Agency Plan

The Agency plan is designed for freelancers and agencies who build websites for multiple clients using Landingsite.

  • $49/month (no annual option available)
  • 25% off every Basic and Pro website subscription on your account, applied automatically for as long as the Agency plan is active — Basic drops to $11.25/month or $90/year, Pro to $22.50/month or $180/year
  • More than 3 draft websites — non-Agency accounts can create up to 3 draft sites; the Agency plan lets you create more, at 25 credits each
  • Unlimited AI chat on draft sites — non-Agency draft sites are limited to 10 messages each; Agency removes that limit so you can build and refine freely before publishing
  • Extra monthly AI credits on top of your per-site credits
  • White-labeled preview URLs (e.g., yoursite.agncy.dev) for sharing previews with clients

The Agency plan is an account add-on. It does not affect whether your sites stay published — each published website stays live on its own Basic or Pro subscription, with or without the Agency plan.

The Agency plan is an add-on — it does not replace the Basic or Pro subscriptions needed for each published website. Here is how the two work together:

  • Use the Agency plan to create and manage draft sites, get extra credits, and access agency tools.
  • Use a Basic or Pro subscription on each website you want to publish and host on a custom domain.

Each published website needs its own subscription regardless of whether you have the Agency plan. What the Agency plan does change is the price of those subscriptions: while it is active, each one is 25% off.

If you try to connect a custom domain on a website that is still on the Free plan, you will still see an upgrade prompt even if your account already has the Agency add-on. The Agency plan covers draft-site workflows and agency tools — it does not unlock custom domains on Free websites.

The Agency plan is never a replacement for per-site subscriptions, but because it takes 25% off every Basic and Pro subscription on your account, it can pay for itself once you run enough sites. The arithmetic:

  • Each Pro site drops from $30/month to $22.50/month — you save $7.50/month per site.
  • Each Basic site drops from $15/month to $11.25/month — you save $3.75/month per site.
  • The Agency plan costs $49/month.

So on monthly billing, around 6 Pro sites is where the discount roughly covers the fee ($45/month saved against $49/month), and from 7 Pro sites up the Agency plan is cheaper than not having it — with the draft-site workflow, extra credits, and white-labeled previews included at no extra cost. On Basic sites the line is further out: you need about 14 monthly Basic sites ($52.50/month saved) to cover the fee.

Annual sites save the same 25% — $60/year on Pro, $30/year on Basic — but they are already discounted, so payback against $588/year of Agency takes roughly 10 annual Pro sites or 20 annual Basic sites.

Below those counts, the Agency plan is still not the cheaper way to keep websites live on its own — but it does not have to be. At around 4 Pro sites the discount already returns more than half the fee ($30/month), and the rest buys the extra draft-site workflow, unlimited AI chat on drafts, extra credits, and white-labeled previews.

Important: Upgrade the Website, Not Just the Account

Section titled “Important: Upgrade the Website, Not Just the Account”

If you already have Agency and want to put one specific site live, open that exact website first and then go to Settings → Plan inside the website.

That website-level plan page is where you choose:

  • Basic for a one-page site
  • Pro for a multi-page site

After the website is on Basic or Pro, go back to Website Settings → Domain, connect the domain to that same website, and publish it.

If you only open the account-level billing or Agency screens, you can still end up on a Free website that cannot publish to a custom domain.

A custom domain also connects to one specific website — not to your overall Agency account. That means you can absolutely use your own business domain for your own agency/home website, while each client website uses its own separate domain and paid website subscription. One domain cannot be shared across multiple websites at the same time.

If a client’s live website is still in your account, that website stays tied to your account and its own Basic or Pro subscription. If you cancel that website subscription, future renewals stop and the live site usually stays up until the end of the current billing period. If that subscription is refunded, the site can go offline sooner. After it goes offline, it can be restored by re-subscribing and publishing again.

Important: a website is only fully independent from your Agency account after ownership has been transferred into the client’s own Landingsite account. If the site stays in your account, it stays tied to your account even if the client is paying you separately.

While your Agency subscription is active, every Basic and Pro website subscription on your account is discounted 25%. It is applied automatically — there is no code to enter and nothing to ask support for.

  • Basic: $11.25/month instead of $15, or $90/year instead of $120
  • Pro: $22.50/month instead of $30, or $180/year instead of $240

The discount takes effect on each website’s next invoice. It is not applied backwards, so there is no credit or refund for a period you have already been billed for.

  • A monthly website picks up the discount at its next monthly renewal.
  • An annual website does not see it until its next annual renewal, which can be up to 12 months away.
  • A new website you subscribe to while the Agency plan is active is discounted right at checkout, on its very first invoice.

If you added the Agency plan today and the invoice you are looking at was not discounted, that is expected — it was billed before the discount attached. Check the next one.

  • The Agency plan itself — that stays $49/month.
  • Domain registrations and renewals.
  • Credit top-ups.
  • Build or maintenance fees.

If a website subscription already carries another discount, that website is left exactly as it is. The 25% is not added on top of the existing discount, and the existing discount is not swapped out for it — whichever arrangement that site already had, it keeps.

Do I need the Agency plan to build a client site and transfer it later?

Section titled “Do I need the Agency plan to build a client site and transfer it later?”

No. You can build the website in your own account, put that specific website on Basic or Pro when it is ready to go live, connect the domain, publish it, and then transfer ownership to the client.

You also do not need to buy a paid plan for your own agency website just to start client work. Your own site only needs Basic or Pro if you want to publish that separate website.

The Agency plan is only needed if you want the Agency-specific extras like more than 3 draft sites, white-labeled preview URLs, unlimited AI chat on draft sites, and the 25% discount on your Basic and Pro subscriptions.

Can I stay the admin after I transfer ownership to my client?

Section titled “Can I stay the admin after I transfer ownership to my client?”

No. After ownership transfer is complete, the website lives in the client’s own Landingsite account instead of yours.

If you want to stay the ongoing admin from one dashboard, keep the website in your account and bill the client directly outside Landingsite instead of transferring ownership.

Can I manage 100+ transferred client websites from one Agency dashboard?

Section titled “Can I manage 100+ transferred client websites from one Agency dashboard?”

No. You can manage many websites from one place only while those websites stay in your Landingsite account.

Once a website is transferred, it is no longer managed from your dashboard because it now belongs to the client’s own account.

Can my client’s forms send to their email while I still manage the website?

Section titled “Can my client’s forms send to their email while I still manage the website?”

Yes. Built-in forms can send submissions to the client’s email even if the website stays in your account. Form recipients are set per form and are not tied to the account owner’s email.

The quickest way on React sites: ask the AI in the website chat — “Send form submissions to client@business.com” — and it updates the form directly. Or open Settings → Forms → Settings → Email Recipients and add the addresses that should receive each submission. Your client does not need their own Landingsite account or collaborator access to receive submissions.

If I invite a client or teammate to collaborate, will they see my branding instead of Landingsite?

Section titled “If I invite a client or teammate to collaborate, will they see my branding instead of Landingsite?”

No. If someone is invited into the Landingsite editor or dashboard as a collaborator, they will still see Landingsite branding there.

If you want a more white-labeled review experience, keep the website in your own account and share the Agency preview URL or the live custom domain instead of giving collaborator access.

Canceling the Agency plan does not take any published site offline. Each live website stays up on its own Basic or Pro subscription regardless of whether the Agency plan is active. Canceling Agency also does not cancel those per-site subscriptions — they are billed separately and continue on their own.

What you lose when you cancel Agency is the Agency-only perks: unlimited AI chat on draft sites, the ability to create more than 3 draft sites, the extra monthly credits, white-labeled preview URLs, and the 25% discount on your Basic and Pro subscriptions.

The discount lasts exactly as long as the Agency plan does. Canceling in the app schedules the plan to end at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the 25% stays on your websites until that date. After it, each Basic and Pro site returns to its regular price on its next invoice: $15/month or $120/year for Basic, $30/month or $240/year for Pro, or the older price a site was already on. Those sites stay live; only the price changes.

Before you cancel in the app, you will see a confirmation telling you how many websites lose the discount and roughly how much that adds to your monthly bill. If you cancel through the Stripe billing portal instead, or ask support to cancel for you, you will not see that warning — but the discount ends the same way.

One thing to handle first: if a client’s website still lives in your account, the billing for that site stays under your account until you transfer ownership. If the client should pay Landingsite directly, transfer the website to their account using Settings > Ownership before you cancel.

Important: while a website stays in your account, use your own card for its subscription — do not put a client’s card on a site that still lives in your account.

Build and manage the website yourself. Your client never interacts with Landingsite:

  1. Build the site in your Landingsite account.
  2. Publish to a preview subdomain you control for client review.
  3. Invoice the client directly using your own payment tools.
  4. Publish to the client’s final domain after payment.
  5. Handle ongoing updates yourself — the client contacts you, not Landingsite.

You keep 100% of what you charge the client. Landingsite only collects the platform subscription fee.

This is also the better option if you want to bill clients in a currency other than USD. Because you are charging the client yourself, you can set your own pricing and collect payment in EUR or any other currency your payment provider supports.

Build the website and hand it off to the client:

  1. Build the site in your account.
  2. If the client is using a custom domain they already own, connect that domain to the site first and wait for DNS to finish propagating.
  3. Publish the site and confirm it is loading correctly on the final domain.
  4. If the client should review the site first, open the website in the editor and use Preview Website to get the Agency preview URL you can share.
  5. Open Settings > Ownership and start the transfer. Until the client accepts the transfer and the website moves into their Landingsite account, billing for that website stays under your account.
  6. After the transfer is complete, the website lives in the client’s own Landingsite account, so your later Agency plan changes do not control that site’s ownership.

Important: transferring the website changes who owns the Landingsite site and subscription. It does not transfer an externally registered domain itself. If the domain was bought at Namecheap, GoDaddy, or another registrar, the client keeps managing that registration there unless they separately transfer the domain between registrars.

Websites built on the current AI builder show Settings > Ownership only. The paid Client Sharing checkout (a one-time build fee and optional monthly maintenance fee collected by Landingsite) was not carried over to the current builder, because the vast majority of agencies bill their clients directly instead of running the sale through Landingsite. Support cannot enable Client Sharing on these websites.

The standard workflow on current sites is:

  1. Share your preview URL with the client for review.
  2. Bill the client directly for the build and any ongoing maintenance using your own billing tools such as invoices, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, Venmo, or Zelle. This also lets you charge in any currency.
  3. Most agencies keep the site in their own account and fully manage it for the client from there. If you want to hand it off completely instead, use Settings > Ownership.

If the website stays in your Landingsite account, Landingsite will not bill your client for you. Keep paying for the site’s subscription with your own card and invoice the client yourself.

Section titled “Important: Regular Plans Do Not Include a Public Draft Preview Link”

On a standard Basic or Pro website, the site stays private inside the editor until you publish it. There is not a separate public draft preview link you can share before publishing.

If you need to show a client a branded preview before going live on the final domain, use the Agency plan preview URL instead.

Credits are used for AI edits and for creating draft websites beyond the standard 3. If you run out of credits, additional credits are available. Contact support if you have questions about your credit balance.

The Agency plan does not include unlimited new website creation. It includes:

  • Unlimited AI chat on draft sites (non-Agency draft sites are limited to 10 messages each)
  • The ability to create more than 3 draft websites — every draft site beyond the standard 3 costs 25 credits to create
  • Extra monthly credits on top of your per-site credits

So if you hit a creation limit, that usually means you have run out of credits for creating additional draft websites — not that publishing is broken.

Agency plan users get white-labeled preview domains so clients see your branding instead of a landingsite.ai URL when reviewing draft sites. Preview domains include formats like *.agncy.dev, *.agncy.com, and *.agcy.com.

A few important notes:

  • You must publish each website once before its preview URL will work.
  • If a preview link shows “page not found” or an unpublished-site message, open that website in the editor and click Launch (or the blue Yes, continue button in the AI chat).
  • The small “This is a preview” notice is part of Agency preview mode. To remove that notice entirely, the website needs its own paid plan and live custom domain.
  • Each site gets its own exact preview URL, and the agcy / agncy variants are both valid depending on the site.
  • The preview URL slug itself is tied to that specific website. If you repurpose an older demo site for a new business, the preview link can still keep the old slug even though the site content has changed.
  • There is not currently a self-serve way to rename an existing Agency preview URL slug. If you need a cleaner preview address for a new client, the practical option is to create a new website instead of reusing an old one.

When using the Managed Service approach, your clients will only see the domain you publish to — they will not see any Landingsite branding. However, the Landingsite editor and dashboard do show Landingsite branding if anyone logs into the platform directly. There is currently no option to replace Landingsite’s branding in the editor UI with your own logo.

Websites built on Landingsite are hosted on Landingsite’s platform. There is currently no supported way to export the site as a packaged website project for hosting somewhere else.

That means Landingsite does not currently provide:

  • A full HTML/CSS/JavaScript export
  • A downloadable project or file structure
  • A bundled backup of pages, routes, scripts, media, and integrations
  • An official end-to-end migration package for another platform

What you can take with you today:

  • Any custom code you added in Head Settings or Scripts in Body can be reviewed and copied manually
  • Your domain can be transferred to your own Name.com account or another registrar
  • Your text, images, and other visible site content can be copied manually from the live website/editor

For client work, you have two practical options:

  • Keep the website in your Landingsite account and manage it for the client.
  • Transfer ownership of the website to the client so they manage the subscription directly.

Even with the Agency plan, each live website still runs on Landingsite hosting and needs its own Basic or Pro subscription.
