Adding a Favicon

A favicon is the small icon that shows in the browser tab, bookmarks, and history next to your site’s name. Adding one makes your site look more polished and easier to recognize.

  1. Go to realfavicongenerator.net.
  2. Upload your image and generate the favicon files. A square logo or icon works best.
  3. Download the generated .zip file and extract it.
  4. In the Landingsite AI editor, upload the favicon-96x96.png file into the chat — click the attachment button next to the message box, or drag the file in.
  5. Send the prompt: use this image as the favicon.
  6. Publish your site for the new favicon to go live.
  • Use a square image so the icon isn’t cropped or distorted. Simple, high-contrast logos read best at small sizes.
  • Browsers cache favicons aggressively. If the icon doesn’t update right after publishing, do a hard refresh or check in a private/incognito window.
