Get Help
Section titled “Get Help”Include your account email, the affected website URL, and a short description of what happened. For a bug, include the steps to reproduce it, what you expected, and any relevant screenshot or error message. If the app gives you a request or reference ID, include that too.
Request a Feature
Section titled “Request a Feature”Email the same address with the feature you would like and the problem it would solve. A concrete example of how you would use it helps explain the request.
